The Course
Welcome to CFS, Corp.! Please join us as we approach our training process in a hybrid format so that we are able to more efficiently complete the training requirements presented to us by our many governing bodies.
There are several required trainings with various components. Ensure that you have thoroughly read the introductory information which will typically be titled "Overview" at the beginning of each training course.
First things first, please ensure you have a “New Hire Orientation Agenda.” You will need to connect with HR or your supervisor to obtain this and your training folder. Please maintain all printouts, completed quizzes, certificates, etc. for your records.
- You will be required to attend the in-person format or training and complete On-the-Job Training (OJT) additionally to this virtual course
- The OJT requirements will vary based on each different position requirement and expectations. OJT Sheets will be distributed to each new hire upon the beginning of OJT
